Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 2026
This privacy policy describes how monarixe.eu (the "site") handles information in connection with visits to the site. The site is a static informational resource with no user account system, no e-commerce, and no data collection beyond what is described here.
1. What data is collected
This site does not operate a first-party analytics system. Access logs at the web server level (IP address, request path, browser user agent, referrer) may be recorded by the hosting infrastructure for security and operational purposes. These logs are retained for a limited period consistent with the hosting provider's standard data retention policy and are not used for behavioural profiling.
The contact form on the About page is a front-end simulation only. Form data is not transmitted to any server, not stored, and not forwarded to any third party. It is processed entirely within the user's browser.
2. Cookies and local storage
This site uses browser localStorage (not HTTP cookies) to store a single value recording the user's response to the cookie consent prompt. This value (cookie_choice) stores either "accepted" or "rejected" and is not transmitted to any server.
No third-party tracking cookies are set by this site. No advertising networks are used. No social media tracking pixels are included.
3. Third-party content
Images displayed on this site are loaded from Wikimedia Commons (upload.wikimedia.org). When your browser loads these images, your IP address is transmitted to the Wikimedia Foundation servers in accordance with the Wikimedia Foundation Privacy Policy.
This site loads the Inter and JetBrains Mono typefaces from Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com). Google's handling of font requests is described in the Google Privacy Policy. If you prefer not to connect to Google servers, standard system fonts will display instead when the connection is blocked.
4. Your rights under GDPR
As this site does not collect or process personal data (other than transient server logs held by the hosting infrastructure), the practical scope for GDPR data subject requests is limited. If you have a question about data associated with your visit, you may contact the site via the form on the About page.
You have the right to:
- Request information about what personal data is held about you.
- Request deletion of personal data held about you.
- Lodge a complaint with the Polish supervisory authority: Urząd Ochrony Danych Osobowych (UODO), ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw.
5. Children
This site is not directed at children under 16 and does not knowingly collect data from children.
6. Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated to reflect changes in the site's functionality or applicable regulations. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the site following a policy update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
7. Contact
Questions about this privacy policy can be submitted via the contact form on the About page.
